Terreno Trente al mar en Colon

This amazing property with 48 hectareas and 183 meters of beachfront is simply a Paradise.. It doesnt get any better or more beautiful.   Blue and green Crystal clear waters with beautiful sand beaches.....Good for fishing, surfing and other water sports like kayaking and canoeing.  Perfect also for relaxing and watching the sunsets and sunrises. The caribbean coast of Panama is filled with rich green (all year long) tropical forests and this land consist of primary Tropical Rain forests with diverse wild life (animal/bird life as well as trees and vegetation), creeks, rivers and hills.

There are 2 posible ways to get to the land. The First is by going by car all the way to the Gatun Locks on the Atlantic side and from there heading following the signs towards Costa Abajo de Colon, passing thru the towns of Piñas, Rio Indio, Gobea and Miguel de La Borda. The road is a very good asphalt road all the way to the town of Miguel de la Borda and from the city to this town it takes approximately 3 hours.....At Miguel de la Borda there are many boats willing to take passengers to the different locations...By boat it takes 1 hour and a half to get to Caimito from Miguel de la Borda.

The second way to get there is thru the mountains of Penonome, thru a town named Coclesito..From here you take a motor canoe down the river all the way to the Caribbean Coast...from there you must make your way towards Cocle del Norte and then Caimito.

It is important to note that the government is currently interested in developing the infrastructure to attract tourism in this area, including the making of a road to take you all the way to Cocle del Norte.
